Feens Country Living is a family-owned and operated business located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. We have been supplying hearth appliances, including wood, gas, and pellet stoves, fireplaces, fireplace inserts, glass fireplace doors, gas logs, hearth accessories, grills, and outdoor kitchens since 1975.

Our philosophy has been, and continues to be, to treat each customer and employee with the same level of respect we expect for ourselves.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, full-time 

As part of our team, you will be assisting customers with choosing the hearth products that meet their needs. We will provide training about our products.

Qualifications: The candidate must be reliable, have strong communication skills, project confidence in dealing with customers in person and on the phone, work well in a team environment, and have reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Some computer proficiency required
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Some college education preferred, but not required

Hourly pay rate is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Following a 90-day probationary period, a benefit package including individual health care, paid sick days, and holidays is available.
